Sage, also known as Salvia officinalis, belongs to the mint family, alongside other herbs like oregano, rosemary, basil and thyme. Sage has a strong aroma and earthy flavor, which is why it’s typically used in small amounts. This herb is packed with a variety of important nutrients and compounds. Sage is also used as a natural cleaning agent, pesticide and ritual object in spiritual sage burning or smudging.

Suggested Use

Aromatherapy: Add 4- 5 drops to your diffuser to fill the room with this wonderful nature's scent.

Topical Use: Add 4-5 drops of Sage Oil to 10 ml of St. John’s Wort Oil or Pomegranate Seed Oil. Apply gently until absorbed.

Bath/Shower: Mix 5 drops of Sage Oil with 10 ml of Jojoba or Coconut Oil and pour the blend into your bathtub for a calming bath.*
